RUSS® has partnered with the International Star Registry® in a revolutionary new Shining Stars™ program. The program includes a plush Shining Star® friend, crafted using only the finest of materials and identifiable by the star icon and embroidered
Shining Stars® logo on the paw pad... and the chance to literally become a star by having your name recorded with a star in the sky.

You can choose from a wide variety of Shining Stars® Friends to buy for yourself or to give to your own shining star. The first release of Shining Stars by Russ Berrie includes 24 Shining Stars. The first series includes a Shining Star dragon, Shining Star snowy owl, Shining Star penguin, Shining Star unicorn and many more soft, adorable and collectable Shining Stars, all with a shooting star embroidered on the paw, inset with a small star.

Once purchased, you can log on to the Shining Stars® website and, using the secret code found inside the sealed hangtag, you can register and name your star with the International Star Registry®. The website will show an image and the coordinates of
your star that can be printed on a certificate that verifies its exact location in the cosmos.
