Layaway Service

Arctophilia's Layaway Service can be used for individual items costing 30.00 GBP or more. For these orders we offer the facility to pay by three equal monthly instalments. However, as we are not a credit broker, the item cannot be sent until after the final payment has been taken.
 
To take advantage of this service, please order your item in the normal way and also add the 'Layaway' below to your shopping cart. Please be sure to confirm that your order is for an item of the correct value and that you agree to our conditions. Your order will be then processed as normal but your card will only be debited for the first instalment.

The remaining balance will be charged to your card by two further equal payments after 28 days and 56 days. Your order will then be sent after the third payment has been taken or, for pre-orders, as soon as the item is available if later. No orders will be sent until all payments have been made.
 
Special Offers, Sale Items, and Clearance Items are not eligible for our Layaway Service. Please do not select the layaway option for these items.
 
IMPORTANT - Please Note:
 
If a layaway is subsequently cancelled or we are unable to deduct any remaining amounts due, the contract will have been deemed broken by you, the customer. The layaway will be considered nul and void and any money already deducted will be refunded to the card to which it was charged, less a handling fee of 50%.
 
Arctophilia also reserve the right to refuse to offer our layaway service without the need to give any explanation or reason.
 
By choosing to pay for your item on our layaway service, you are agreeing to these additional contract conditions.
